Asking for help is not a sign of weakness.

It's evidence of self-awareness, courage and strength.

Mission

Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood; therefore, the heart of my practice is the client/therapist relationship. I create a compassionate, authentic space where collaboratively, we can explore what is happening in your life and the challenges you are facing. These could include issues such as struggling with mental or emotional health, stress, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, childhood trauma or pressures from work.

Adapting a Humanistic and Integrative approach, I use a diverse range of modalities, including person-centred, psychodynamic, behavioural therapy, bodywork, and existential psychotherapy. This allows the sessions to be tailored to best suit your situation, where we will work together to reflect on your life experiences and focus on your goals and strengths, encouraging growth, self-awareness, and change.

Whatever you are facing, please know that things can improve; you are not alone.  Looking for help when we are struggling can be frightening, and it can take courage to reach out, especially if it is your first time. You may feel uncomfortable or anxious, you may even believe you aren’t worth it, but you are.

Therapy can help empower you to make positive changes in your life.  I believe the answers we are looking for lie within us; sometimes, we just need someone to help us find, rediscover, and trust our inner guidance.
